Right Before you Tilt

Ah, the steam. If a poker player claims never to have stared faced down the shadow of an approaching poker tilt – they’re either lying or they haven’t been gambling long enough. This does not indicate obviously that every poker player has gone on tilt in the past, a few players have excellent willpower and take their losses as a defeat and keep it at that. To be a strong poker player, it’s extremely critical to treat your wins and your defeats in the same way – with no emotion. You participate in the game the same way you did after taking a hard beat as you would after winning a big hand.
